This three pavilion residence stands out for its combination of materials and shapes. The cantilevered curved gable ends, the recycled hardwood posts and touches of copper, make this house naturally blend with the landscape. The passive solar design principles were thoroughly used in this project making it a warm house in winter and cool in summer. Stainless steel tanks are used for the daybeds and work as thermal mass components for the living area.
